Do you offer sample cakes?
Sample cakes may be purchased for $8.00.
How much is my deposit?
A 50% nonrefundable, nontransferable fee is required for standard and custom orders. Orders under $50.00 are to be paid once your order is placed.
How much is my deposit for my wedding?
There is a $150.00 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your wedding cake.
Is there a delivery fee?
Rates vary for mileage. Call for your quote!!
What is a set up fee?
Set up includes cake assembly ranging from stacking tiered cakes, adding flowers and other miscellaneous decorations on site. The set up fee is $30.00. All tiered cakes being delivered will incur a set up charge.
I'd like to place a mail order, how can I do that?
At this time, cookies, tea cakes and most cakes may be shipped. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your order.
How much notice is required for my order?
We require at least 30 days notice is required for all wedding orders.
We require at least 24 hours notice for standard orders.
We require at least 72 hours notice for custom orders.
Do you offer “rush” service?
We understand how busy your schedule may be and offer extended services.
Can my sheet cake be half and half?
Half sheet and full sheet sizes may use 2 flavors.
Do you offer edible images?
We offer edible images, including edible 3D props. (flowers, butterflies, etc.)
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued in the form of a credit. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we'll be happy to provide you with a credit minus the cost of supplies (image fee, cake kit, etc). Your credit will be valid for 60 calendar days. PLEASE NOTE: IF A CREDIT IS PROVIDED YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO KEEP THE PRODUCT.
